The petroglyph sign for "look" or "see" is the exact sign used in the universal sign language. The North American Indian sign language for look or see is very clearly expressed by spreading the index and second fingures of the right hand, with the thumb and other fingures closed, and then placing these two spread fingures in front of the eyes and pointing out. The sign also denotes vision in any direction the fingures point to (up, down, etc.). This is another petroglyph that is incorporated into many other petroglyph signs. This Look petroglyph is very often used in combination with the Spring. This petroglyph would be a round circle with a dot in it and the two lines pointing in the direction of the water source. We have also found cache sites of obsidian and Jasper for making points (Arrowheads), using this type of pointer.
