Petroglyphs are rapidly disappearing from many areas of the Western United States. Weather change, vandals, and even archeologists are responsible for their loss.

San Clemente Island Goats are a reminder of the era of Spains quest to rule the world. They are also part of California's heiritage.

Silkie Bantam Chickens facinated Marco Polo when he seen them in China in 1298. Silkies feathers lack the adhesion of barbs to one another which gives them the silky hair look.

Nigerian Dwarf Goats originaly came to the United States from West Africa and although considered a Rare breed at one time, it is now considered an Americanized breed. The original "West African Goat" known as a Nigerian Dwarf is all but extinct.
